International Volunteer Programme

Co-operation 21’s International Volunteer Programme is an exciting option for students who want to learn Spanish through immersing themselves in a Spanish-speaking culture, and who want to challenge themselves to contribute and show true commitment to the community.

Co-operation 21 has links with Peru, Spain and Ecuador – you could find yourself volunteering in an orphanage surrounded by snow-capped volcanoes, on an organic farm in the land of flamenco dancers, or in the Amazon rainforest of Ecuador.

As we also have academic Spanish language programmes for you to partake in part-time while you are volunteering, you will receive credit points at the University of Melbourne while you are away.

In the website sections of Peru, Spain and Ecuador you will find detailed overviews of the volunteer programmes; descriptions of the regions or cities where participants will live; and insights into the three countries.

If you are interested in participating in Co-operation 21's International Volunteer Programme, or would just like further information, please contact Elizabeth Bryer at holavolunteer@gmail.com. If you want information about volunteering in Ecuador, please contact Gabriela Cabezas at gabrielacbzs@yahoo.com.
